KOSPI 200 options for U.S. customers, what is the status?

Thought Eurex was going to bring KOSPI 200 options to the U.S.

Now it's just the after-hours product on Eurex. But some say even that won't be available for U.S. customers.

Who knows what's going on with this?
 
I am not sure since I do not trade options, but I think the reason is that they have European settlement and that is why we are not allowed to trade them.
