They definitely want money but Bush put an end to that shit after they kept breaking their word and Obama has continued that policy(Kudos to Bush for that)

We ignore them so they keep throwing bigger and bigger tantrums to get attention but once they finally accept that we are no longer paying them I dont know what their plan is then.
