Most counties in the U.S. already have Contact Tracers as part of their health departments. Typically they have traced down outbreaks of TB and other infectious diseases by tracing people in possible contact with the infected. This is hardly something new in the U.S.; contact tracers have been employed in the U.S. for decades. We will need to hire more of them for COVID-19
