What happens to holders of KM's preferred stock? Isn't it so that preferred has some sort of priority over common when it comes to bankruptcies?
 
Preferred is right before common, if i remember correctly. Usually means squat with the debt load companies carry nowadays. They can't even get all the bondholders paid off in full.
