I trade an Oanda account because I have traded with Datek, IB, Alaron, et al. I found Oanda to make the most sense to me, so when you say short of trading capital, you are short on brains. Only at Oanda can you not blow up. I recommend Oanda because that is a unique feature of theirs. It allows you a latitude that you cannot have with others. That means a great many things, that I will leave you to ponder bruh, You know what you are about. lol.

Further, I will say to you that if I were trading with ONE dolar, it does not invalidate what I have said here.

Huh? Dude, why do act like such an ass all the time then come up on my ACD thread and act like you are some mature adult that wants to have serious discussions?

As far as your Oanda argument, it doesn't hold water. I have nothing against them. But I have never met a capitalized trader that would choose spot FX over futures especially if trading the Euro. And if you are using so much leverage that you are worried about "blowing out" then I think you just made my point for me.

Are you sure? Weren't some of these companies already successful before the fact, with their being targeted largely due to their being vulnerable (to LBOs) rather than unviable? Again, I'd like to see the numbers. And, yes, I'm rather familiar with accounting, 101 and otherwise.

LTCM blew out holding illiquid Russian government debt! You are trading FX. Completely different. If you are worried about "blowing out" your FX account, it's because you are under capitalized and using too much leverage.

No, I have a hard time arguing with people who talk out of their ass. I love "intelligent" debate. But when you try to tell me traders are bad and capitalism is bad but you are really an independent libertarian except you are a really a big government liberal. All the freaking duplicity is annoying. I don't care what you believe in. I have said this 1000 times. Just be fucking consistent already. It's not about feelings getting hurt.
