He did answer way back and then left the matter. If his site says he is not taking any more clients then what motivation does he have to answer your question. Look at another service.

Kim: nice explanation. I learnt small bits of same sauce over the past 2 years. Hard work, discipline and risk management : very little backtesting unfortunately, but hey that's me. If what your website is true, keep doing the good job. I have seen traders, advisers, mentors, account managers and what not, and I do not question why they take on those roles (vs making their own billions) as long as they do it honestly and put their heart in it.
Nobody's asking for any secret ingredients or secret sauce. We just want to make sure you aren't a fraud like the others. Looks like you are Kim!
