Sold ALB 50 at 240.74, forgot about my rule, dont buy stocks in a bear market. Period. Plus, relooking at the chart, too volatile for me.

I have to get my patience under control.

You need a physical check list you have to go thru before you make a trade.

Where are you getting your ideas? Do you have some type of screener or something that brings stocks that meet your criteria to the top?
Do you have a criteria? (I don't need to know what it is)
I ask because your picks just seem to be random. Almost like you hear about a stock then try a figure out a criteria that it will fit.
