With AI, SpaceX sending people around the moon next year, future missions to Mars, self driving cars, particle teleportation, etc.. why in the world would anyone waste their time with this eco crap??
What's worse than a lecture delivered at twice the rate needed for comprehension? Answer: One of Mark Blyth's lectures delivered at breakneck pace in a Scottish Brogue! Thank god I'm not an undergraduate economics student at Brown.

I'm totally understanding of the monotonous job that being a professor entails. But, some guys really take it to heart and try their absolute hardest to be the tip of monotone and uninteresting.
The information is great, but can we hire Tony Robbins to deliver it? Christ!
