Yes I will keep it mostly. I don't see the point in hitting the target and then getting back on sugars and gluten. The keto diet not only is helping me lose weight but I also feel the difference not being loaded with sugars and non-good carbs.
Cheats may be more frequent but overall will work to maintain a 3-5lb. range around a central weight. Right now 215 was initial target but thinking I can shoot for 210-215 range and stay there (i.e. when eating gets bad and I start touching 215, get back strict). Of course I doubt I will be in full ketosis but the removal of sugars and gluten has its own weight loss benefit alone.
This has proven for me that Keto works well for me and I like it. Asf or "treats" I have found plenty of Keto based snacks that fill my cravings at times but do not involve wolfing down brownies or pizza. My tastes have adapted where I see cookies and cake and have no taste reaction. I will start looking into Keto baking for some treats.
