Ketogenic Diet - Personal Experience

Dieting now get rid of the "spare tire" ...pinching more than an inch...looking for a quarter ..i cycle :D

and, guess what you health nuts "cut" crossfitters, barbell slingers won't live any longer than I will.

it will FEEL like it though :D
 
Exercise is still an important factor in health and longevity so whatever form of resistance exercise you choose to do or cardio it is an essential form of a healthy lifestyle.
oh, of course. doesn't trump your diet though, does it?

skinny vegans live lot longer than professional body builders.
 
my point is creating a diet to game another half inch on your bicep may be and probably is counterproductive to your health & longevity.
I didn't know there was a diet that can add a half inch to a bicep. I do know, however, that eating a balanced diet of macro- and micronutrients, combined with a well-thought-out strength training program, will allow you to achieve your natural genetic potential and will help ward off disease and illness while extending your life, and the quality of that life, far better than without those considerations.
 
WTF..who the hell is talking about a diet to grow muscle? Exercise and resistance training especially has been medically proven to provide health benefits far beyond a diet.

You just create a statement no one made to then cause an argument.
