I believe by calculation I am getting adequate protein if you look at 1.6 - 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. If I sacrifice some LBM it is expected but I have more LBM than most people have total weight ha ha so will do my best to preserve but if not I can work on getting it back.
Again I will not try to convince anyone but want to share to have open discussion so appreciate the inputs.

Cut Out Sugars! Glucose and its damage to mitochondria funcion has been medically (not in research studies but medical review) linked to tumor growth rates, Alzheimer's (now being called in some circles Type III Diabetes), Parkinson's, worsening of seizures with those suffering from epilepsy, dementia, and of course Type II Diabetes.
One study puts average American consumption at 20 teaspoons a day!
