I noticed the same with both beer and sugar when once I gave them up as an experience. It is really just conditioning the body.

Good luck with your journey. 1200 calories per day is not easy. I'm doing 1600 right now and it's pretty challenging to say the least.

I fail to see the attraction of a risk-laden diet that requires medical supervision.I spoke with my doctor first about this and he said I was healthy to undergo it. This diet is more risky with people with high blood pressure, diabetic, digestive disorders or under certain medications. So for clarity I am not seeing him regularly under the diet I just consulted him before doing it to confirm I am free from health risks.
The claim is that with this diet you do not really need to exercise
Any specific reason you are going at 1200cals a day?
