This kind of conservatism, isnt defined by geographic region, it is a generalist term.

I have found over time, one should NEVER make conclusive, categorical statements of philosophy, or opinion.

Also, as a broad rule of thumb, sweeping generalisations should be avoided where it is possible to make a categorically conclusive statement.

To answer the ps, i stated clearly its really a state of mind, not a geographic location.

Was reading about hawaiin salt the other day, adding volcanic red clay to the salt for a particular flavour, have you tried that, it sounds good, trace elements must be way above normal, Vs celtic sea salt.

Also, i gather hawaiin roasts are cooked similiarly to a new zealand hungi, which are damn marvellous, you tried any of that gear?
