Guess I'm a bit young, but I had never heard of the story where the girl drowned and he fled the scene? Can you imagine if that happened now? Wow, that is pretty nuts. I watched the Kennedy doc on the History channel and it said nothing about it. Thanks for the link.

That is pretty funny, no disrespect to the poor girl's family though. That story that he provided sounds so friggin hokey, wow. I've been just sitting here thinking about it.
 
Not too long after it happened, my dad took me to where it happened and I distinctly remember looking up at him and saying something like, "How did she die here dad, the waters not very deep"?
 
I suppose now we are going to be inundated with wall to wall news coverage for the next two months of how great that dirt bag was. :mad:
