CIA, directed by Cheney, gave Lay something to off him and make it look like a heart attack so he wouldn't cough up what really happened in the energy meetings they had and wouldn't divulge the secrets of and maybe some other dirt he had on them. Doesn't it make anyone think: why did he spend all those years chasing money? After death you have nothing anyway.

You could argue: for your children. But maybe they'll feel more fulfilled making it themselves.

Insurance DOES pay on suicide... after either a 1 or 2 year exclusionary period, depending upon state law. After that, suicide is just another of life's hazards.

Karma would have been him rotting in a jail cell for the rest of his life, not dying in a mansion in Aspen before having to spend a second locked up.
