Trump's very first commutation was to that kosher meat processing guy whos very large number of bank frauds were to cover his cash payments to his hundreds of illegal workers.
So lets say that is just a campaign donor promise.
Farming is the tricky one to regularise, it is incredibly cost sensitive. The US is a first world nation that can compete in prices with some less developed because it uses cheaper than legally possible workers.
What is the plan? Across the states make it so the 'hired farmers' have temporary visas that also restrict them to a minimum wage of a few bucks per hour?
