Shkreli arrested on charges of securities Fraud $KBIO LOOK OUT…. Problem is, among other things being investigated the $KBIO deal will likely be closely looked at for any shenanigans / premeditated pump

The class action lawyers will be all over this. Shkreli's got money too, so there might actually be recoveries, not sure if that covers unlucky shorts as well as overly optimistic longs who got burned. I'll take a copy of that album for my share, if he's not bothering to listen to it .
