Have favored the long side for wall street homebuilders,
& KBH certainly has been a leader in a strong sector.
However as many years as some elites have been predicting homrbuilders tops;
the trend was finaly bound to change one of these years;
& even if longs outperform shorts in KBH soon,
prefer stronger sector for longs,
weaker for shorts.
