Most of the lib males will do it voluntarily- if not already.
Negative publicity, prison and lawsuits actually started in 2006 American activist Tarana Burke, after her own experience of sexual violence. It went viral / globally via tweets by Alyssa Milano. Neither of them advocated castration. 
If you're someone guilty of sexual violence...if the law doesn't catch up to you...#METOO movement will smoke you out especially if you're a celebrity, politician or someone that makes a lot of money.
They have a way of inviting KARMA back onto their perpetrators / tormentors...rightfully so. Then again...more like sending the hounds on the perpetrators / tormentors.
Cuomo and Trump will most likely soon be added to the below list.
