Though I wouldn't normally like to see a case 36 years old be prosecuted, I'll make an exception for a liar like Kavanaugh. Suppose the DA convenes a grand jury and subpoenas Supreme Court Justice B.K. and Ford to testify. Then there is a jury trial. If that were to happen, I wouldn't want to be in B.K's shoes .
