There are still "no-go zones" with regard to Ford. For example, her alleged therapy notes are used as a basis for crucifying Kavanaugh, yet those notes have never been seen by the committee- acknowledging in advance that most of the notes should be redacted but not the parts that she relies upon to accuse Kavanaugh.

We have bloviators here such as Frederick Foreskin who step up to lecture the rest of us about "how memory works" but are basically clueless. One of the areas where Ford has been given a pass- so far anyway- is that she has not been examined on the issue of whether she was under hypnosis when she recovered memories which is a common practice among progressive therapists- although memories recovered under hypnosis are not admissable in court or if they arise the judge can instruct the jury to not treat them as real evidence. There is still a lot of tip-toeing going on around her therapy notes and whether hypnosis was employed as part of her therapy. I dont know if the FBI will inquire into that. Probably not. As I said, the dynamics are that her therapy notes can be used to crucify Kavanaugh but he cannot examine them to defend himself.

Welcome to the Progressive America. If you don't have a basis for being able to even bring charges against someone, then destroy them in a public forum not subject to rules of evidence.

So then Ford's testimony describes "nothing" as far as you're concerned, even if true as alleged?
