Probably Kasparov will beat DJ, but that would not be important for the chess world. It would just be another win for him like many others before. If he loses it would just his second loss against a computer. IMHO no important match.
I should have made that clear. You are also probably correct in the second statement, but I think you way underestimate the strength of DJ on this machine - I believe it is rated at close to FIDE 2750.
