I apologize for the interruption here, but didn't Sosnoff make his money building up a brokerage business and then selling out rather than in trading? And what does that have to do with credibility? Based on results, it seems that he is at least a good business man.

I think he did make money in both ?
will be interesting to see if his trading site does well.... lot of marketing as far as I ca ntell, shouod be substance
sosnoff was and is a good trader, he just had the money to build a better mousetrap,by traders for traders,he did make a windfall on the sale of tos but he was doing better than alright already for yearsQuote from piezoe:

I believe her story is legit but the explanation of her P&L is awkwardly done and some of her trading strategies are only vaguely discussed. I watched the Oct 2012 video a couple of months ago just out of happenstance and was floored because her evolution of trading options mirrors mine in almost every detail (I started the same time, made exactly the same mistakes, reached the same conclusions, trade only low delta index options selling credit spreads with what seems to be very similar mkt indicators, etc.). I am consistently making ~ 2%/month in live trading in an IRA at TOS with my own cash. I am on average about 60-70% invested, so I know what returns are achievable. Just fyi, I was out of the mkt 4q08 because I just didn't like the action. Based on my backtesting of my strategy, which again seems similar to hers, it seems she would have suffered severe losses...but again we don't have all the facts. Her strategy apparently would have worked in the May 2010 flash crash because mine did and again, mine mirrors hers.
Based on my understanding of having now watched both videos twice, she did not make $40 mil in profits on $100k. She started trading with $100k then took in partners she met from Investools seminars to get to $700k, then took in outside money. She may have made $40 mil in total profits over several yrs as her AUM rose from $100k to $100mil (which is what they seem to be now).
At the time of the video, my guess is she has taken in $60 mil in outside capital and made $40 mil on that which, based on her/my trading, does align.
