Nobody was more of a bully and demented when in office than Trump. The stories told by his staff members about his behavior quite demonstrate his abuse and narcissist issues.

I will also note that a President's administration consists of far more many people than the small staff of the V.P. -- the 92% percent turnover in the Trump administration represents a huge number of people.
