The five Republicans that voted yes are as follows: Lindsay Graham (R,SC), Judd Gregg (R, NH), Susan Collins (R, Maine), Richard Lugar (R, IN), and Olympia Snowe (R, Maine).

Actions speak louder than words.
 
Now we know who the RINOs are.

Even scarier than Obama's economic policies are his judicial appointments.

Lindsay Graham makes me want to puke. Sure Collins and Snowe are rinos, but they are from a liberal state, like Scott Brown. Graham is from the most conservative state in the country. Unfortunalley he has four more years in office before he can be tossed out in the republican primary. You could literally pick someone at random off the street in SC and they would be better than this dumb POS.
