Kaepernick gets featured in black history Smithsonian museum before Clarence Thomas

You really need evidence for how the black community feels about black conservatives? You can start with the first 2 posts in this thread.

Maybe you should read Elder's piece again, it isn't an acknowledgement but rather a condemnation of the liberal mindset.

I have to remind myself that you're young and a byproduct and current prisoner of today's liberal academia. Being such, I'd venture to say that you've yet to hold a meaningful position in a career, or risked your own resources to open or be in business for yourself, do you actually trade? Ever been outside the USA other than on vacation with your parents? Actually immersed yourself in a third world country and experienced real poverty where people have literally nothing, yet smile and are happy?

Let me give you a piece of advice, one of life's truths, that's not taught nor will you learn in your current environment.

This world doesn't owe you, me or anyone (regardless of the color of their skin) a damn thing. It's rough and it will eat you alive if you let it. The only thing you will get out of it, is what you earn, work for, with your heart, sweat and brains.

Are there prejudices in this world. Of course, but their ability to completely limit personal growth is only real as the individual allows. What is limiting is to be in a place without any resources or any path of escape possible, dirt floors without basic sanitation or supplies - and that ain't here, Even in the poorest of neighborhoods here there are opportunities, could there be more? Yes, but that isn't the real answer. When you start to bring up a generation that views themselves not as victims but is instilled with the attitude that regardless of the obstacles life throws me, I can overcome - then we'll start to heal.

If you'd ask Thomas, Sowell or Williams, would they rather be identified as a victim of society's predjudice or by their lifetime achievements, I'd bet they'd pick the later.

Hillary Clinton got multi millions of black votes in 2016.Herman Cain and Ben Carson didn't get a combined million total votes.

Trying to find black people at Herman Cain and Ben Carson rallies was like playing wheres Waldo.

Tim Scott only got 10 % of The Black vote. He's not wanted in The Black History museum either.

The state’s Republican Gov. Nikki Haley appointed Scott to fill the seat upon then-Sen. Jim DeMint’s resignation, but Tuesday he secured the seat through a general election, winning 55% of the vote. According to NBC News exit polls, he won just 10% of the black vote, instead pulling in 88% of the white vote to secure his win.

Democrats have nothing to worry about when it comes to the black vote.Black voters are well aware its best to vote against the party that represents the confederate south.

You obviously did not watch the video. Good. I'd actually prefer you to stay in your safe cocoon.

You got me there.I watched a few seconds and cut it off.I don't listen to black conservatives.Trump only got 8 % of the black vote so I don't need a delusional black conservative to tell me black voters are voting republican.
