I heard half past NEVER! I bet they are going to include the 1/3 capital that they never paid.
Did they actually file for bankruptcy protection?
If they didn't file, my opinion is that you need to get three creditors together and force them into involuntary bankruptcy so a receiver will be appointed and an accounting made.
Of course, that's just one man's opinion. It's something I would have done months ago if I understand the situation correctly.
