(CNN)A federal judge has permanently blocked US President Donald Trump's executive order to cut funding from cities that limit cooperation with US immigration authorities.
US District Court Judge William Orrick issued the ruling on Monday in lawsuits brought by two California counties, San Francisco and Santa Clara. Orrick said Trump cannot set new conditions on spending approved by Congress.
So maybe the liberals can tell us about the federal law making ownership of guns illegal in the U.S.
I can certainly tell them about the federal law making "undocumented" immigrants illegal in the U.S.

This is a common response from pro-illegal immigration activists. They want to stop and argue over definitions. The fact is that being here illegally is against the law. The other detail that goes overlooked is that many of these immigrants are using false identities and stolen SSN#s. Identity theft is rampant. Let's not pretend that the only crime was being here illegally.

Trump is coming at some of this the wrong way. He should just put more ICE agents into sanctuary cities such that - instead of becoming safe havens- your chances of being deported actually become greater by living in a sanctuary city. Then let the local officials figure out if they accomplished what they set out to accomplish. The illegals there should be thinking " I hope they do not designate our community as a sanctuary city because that means that there will be twice as many ice agents here and my cousin who is living here peacefully may get caught up in a raid."
The other thing- and I make this point twice a month- is that once we get past Christmas and into the new year, the month of march will be right in our face. That's when the daca extension will expire and congress and the libs have done absolutely nothing and the plan is just to let there be chaos and blame trump. All of these little things like the court shooting down the sanctuary city funding cut-off, the murder of border patrol agents etc are keeping trump in a foul mood and he is not going to be feeling kumbaya in march. The more the courts shoot him down, the more he will just aggressively enforce those things where there are no legal barriers to his doing so. Such as basic hard core deportation of illegals.
Let the libtards have their little fun with the nineth circuit court as always. Lets see who is laughing in March. Trump is a ding dong, but in fairness, he did extend daca for six months. And the the libs immediately said, Fuck you we don't need to make any concessions at all, anywhere and we are tired of playing the game that we even care about border security or community security by working with ice because we don't." More to come. As I said, the human mind thinks that the month of march is ten years away. It isn't. So everything will be a big surprise after the first of the year. A lot of people are thinking "Well he will just have to extend it again then." Really? Heh, think again.
The lefties are getting hooked on these little nineth circuit rulings right at a time when a couple more justices on the supreme court are getting ready to die or retire. Not a good long term trajectory for libs whose immigration plan is to just get the nineth circuit to say no to stuff. The nineth circuit does not have the final say on anything.
Below is a little preview of how kumbaya trump is or is not feeling these days. The dems could have worked something for these people if they cared but they don't need them or their problems if it is not an election year.

It is nice to see the graffiti in English though. I am not from Panama.
I am not pro illegal immigration beyond wanting America to stop the hypocrisy with verified/not verified workers allowing some states/business/industries (Rep & Dem) to use illegal workers wholesale as low cost & uninsured labor.
E-Verify is underway, focus on supporting that not screaming gibberish in all caps. Blind eye if there is a profit and the same money goes to fool perma-bitches like Clubber to scream at scapegoats and not address the actual phased solutions that stay within the law and decency.
The doctrine of obstruct started I guess by Newt before Mitch? has resulted in all of these executive orders. The underlying dysfunction of congress is the burning issue.
