Especially when you had a lock with Benghazi (Benghazi!).I don't understand why this is taking so long. The facts are pretty cut and dried and should have been fully developed by now. More emails won't change anything.
It is intolerable to have this investigation dragging on, with the election calendar quickly closing. Perhaps there are negotiations going on to select a scapegoat. Maybe they could bring old Web Hubbel out of retirement and use him again. He knows how to keep his trap shut because he knows what happens to those who don't. See Foster, Vince.
Seems like a Dog and Pony show to me, they pretend they are trying to get to the bottom of it by granting this guy immunity, he would have had immunity regardless imo, all the guy did was setup an Email server for Hillary, Hillary was the one who chose to use it do to business on it that included top secret information.
I cant see what they could have even charged the guy with even if they wanted too, its not against the law to setup an email server for someone, it would be the equivalent of trying to charge the IT guy at enron because they did nefarious business over their email accounts.
Maybe. Maybe not. If the tech knew the server was to be used as a conduit for top secret information outside secured protocol, he would be an accessory.
Liberal apologists can't sweep this under the rug. Over 1,300 emails contained Top Secret info, and hundreds contained Above Top Secret info. The only way to get that information off the Top Secret secure system is to copy and paste, screen shot, or cursive notation, and recopy in the insecure email server. That's a major felony, each time, each instance.
Petraus shared TS info with his then GF, and he almost went to prison. 2 years suspended sentence. What Clinton and her aids, and half the State Department have done, is about 1000 times worse. Realistically, for each instance of sending classified info and copy and pasting top secret info onto an unsecured server, she'd be looking at well over a thousand years in prison.

Top Secret/Classified transmissions were illegally copied from the State Department's/Governments closed internal system and sent on an entirely different unsecured server.....Clinton knew about and ordered such actions from her staffers.
