Justice Department seeks to allow Ohio to purge inactive voters from rolls

What does inactive mean? I throw anything that's not a debt in the trash where it belongs. Do they want me to take time out of my day to fill out some silly questionnaire explaining why I didn't vote last time, buy a postage and envelope and mail it out? If we're just gonna compromise our rights willy nilly, maybe we should start asking training certificate and psych eval. of every gun owner to be renewed biennially.
