Well that's one way to look at it. Another would be that he knows the time limit constraints under which he's been told he has for his comments and chose to whine about it at the end of his "book pitch."
If you'll notice (which I did years ago) aaa always starts his rants almost as a non-partisan. But somewhere usually in the second or third paragraph of his screeds his real agenda always shines through. He's a skilled writer. But he's as transparently foolish as the worst of them.
