Thanks for the positive feedback.

Regarding the post time issue, the time clock is set to Greenwich Mean Time by default, but you can change the time zone in your account preferences so that all the post times are correct for the time zone you are in.

Also, if you are just surfing the site and are not logged in you will get the Greenwich Mean Time and not your local time, this is a feature that comes into play when you log in.

i see thx Joe now the whole thing makes sense, i was getting like 3 different times on posts, i work at an office as well as my house, now it all makes sense.
