As far as Rosenthal Collins, as a broker/dealer they have a code of ethics enforced by the SEC that is very interesting. How can they offer a product that claims to be based on the Jack Hershey method and separate it from the claims made by the author? Not past claims, but repeated, daily claims?

You can try, but nothing will come of it. There are no claims of performance on the PTP website, just that the software is engineered to COMPLIMENT this method. I trade a variation of the method and I use Esignal. No ET'ers make a dime off me (well, except Esignal) 
As far as ET paid sponsors, why should they care one bit. There is a journals section on ET for a reason, for people to share. No one is making any money off of this shared method, just a bunch of people chatting of their own free will. I would agree with you if things changed and services started being offered for a fee. As of right now, this isn't the case.
