just joined the forum and need all the help i can get.

In all honesty, looking for advice on this site may not be such a good idea. In large part, this site is full of bitter failed traders who do everything in their power to discourage others. If you let some of them tell it, nothing works.

so im still a beginner and need advice on forex trading no experience as of yet,
so far ive been doing research and reading books about trading. im from sheffield uk if anyone is close by to help or you could just send me message on here or via emails from wherever you maybe.

my questions are
which platforms and brokers are best suited for someone just starting out.
what should i look out for as i start this journey.
for trading courses which ones do you recommend from experience.

this is what i want to do so please unless you are giving constructive suggestions, aint no body got time for that.lol

lastthingis, is there anyone is willing to be my mentor?

Whether you get your information from a book, a course, through practice or an ET member, it's all thin slices of cake. Much of it good cake, but thin slices nonetheless.

You'll need many slices before you have a whole.

At first you may not know what good cake is, but in time you will. Then you can discard and ignore the substandard and irrelevant cake, but continue eating good cake in order to build up your body of knowledge and mindset.

Plenty of decent, non-bitter traders too. NoDoji an obvious example, and yourself!

Half agree with you though. What was it a Rothschild said, treat the stock exchange trading forums like a cold shower (quick in, quick out)?

Beware, there's a dirty old guy on this site always looking for fresh young "students".
