You have been, in thread after thread and post after post, calling destriero a fat fuk, or talking about the mom...I cannot even remember all the other BS...

This is not a sign of someone with a stable co-op mind.

Let me tell you a short story.

I once posted a futures journal here (it's still here), and I once dared to ask questions about options. Dest put me in my place. He cursed at me, he insulted me, but I didn't give a darn. I kept asking questions. I found this other guy, BWS, who attempted to help me. He attempted to help me in a nicer way. Before all of that, there was Vanz, when it came to stocks.

We have all had our disagreements, and at some point we may have even insulted each other.

HOWEVER! We have not continually called each other names, over and over again, and for what goal you are doing that to dest I cannot imagine. And we CERTAINLY did not call each other the vulgar names you are calling dest.

I do not need to understand the full breadth of options to know that dest knows what he speaks of. This comes from decades of following online threads. I do not need to know every intimate detail of the discussion to realize that person A is doing A to help or hinder person B to do B.

@Saltynuts You have heard the expression, "You will catch more flies with honey than with shit", or some such. Well, think about it.

Stop insulting everyone, especially dest, who is giving you salad advice. All you are doing now is exacerbating this insult war. It is helping you not one jot, not one tittle.

Stop insulting people you disagree with. Stop with your personal flame wars, and learn a bit of humility. You do that, you live longer!

Here's an example, although I don't think it analogizes it well. But it is funny!

For the record, I have gotten into a couple of flame wars with some users here. It can be easy to get caught up in all of it. But it never ends well. So please recognize that you are in a flame war with dest. It will not end well.

He said wood prices have tripled in cost. People are using plywood made for cabinets outside, which its not made for, because everything else is so costly.

Copper has tripled in cost.

He said other items that are built for him have gone up significantly in price, but more importantly they keep pushing back the estimated delivery times because shortages of goods on their end to make the products.

All this is at the wholesale, industrial level, not some copper or wood ETF or futures.

If anyone is not convinced inflation is coming, you are INSANE. Its is going to be HORRIBLE.

My long term commodity systems are never tested for inflation, I look back past 9 years and where is price, usually always early and why I hedge, lumber can't in normal ways hedge, can use UFPI lumber options. I think being long copper and lumber huge mistakes. Am looking for huge rallies to add to shorts.

I know nothing about crypto. If any particular crypto had an intrinsic value, and very few or no more of that crypto could be issued, then I would say yes, almost certainly that would also be a good inflation hedge. I'm just not convinced any of them have any inherent value given that my understanding is that there is an unlimited amount of crypto that can be created, as good or better than what is out there. Bitcoin 2. Etherium IV. Dogecoin Doing Granny in the Fanny # 47.

BTC has a limit of 21 million coins, so far we are at 17 million. However the Gov. can step in a "regulate" at any time they see a massive amount fleeing into BTC, so far they have. not but would you bet the farm? Incidentally, Bill Gates is the largest farm landowner in the US.
