I'm going to make an educated answer to this bit of troll trash:
The Constitution says every state has to recognize every other state's certifications.
Hawaii has certified Obama's birth.
The relevant clauses are right at the top of the enumerated limits on state powers:
Notice that Congress decides the "Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved".
That statement is without qualification.
As usual, the right shows its
a) ignorance, and
b) hypocrisy with regard to alleged "Constitutional government".

The State of Hawaii already produced it, both officially and in a news conference.
Please see the Constitution, quoted in my previous reply, for the relevance of the state having done so.
If you don't think the State of Hawaii and the US Constitution has any say in this matter, I can't help you.
