The reward for trying to help? You get killed. You know what might help. Some black man with some real prominence comes in and gets to work cleaning up this fucking mess. Who might that be? BLM? Nowhere to be found unless it's some fucking thug gets his dumb ass shot by a cop. Al and Jesse? No money defending the innocent for these two race hustlers. Congressional Black Caucus? Nope, they're all tied up chasing the latest conspiracy theory while THEIR people slaughter each other. Could be a man like Obama might be able to right the ship. Worth a shot since everything Rahm is doing fails miserably. I mean, Obama claims to care sooooo very much about these poor misguided youths. Instead he's out doing his best to undermine the current administration while feeding his fucking ego. And least Carter goes out and gets his hands dirty, puts his heart into the things he cares about. Obama...empty fucking suit if there ever was one. Shuck and jive motherfucker on the corner got lucky is all his punk ass ever was.

Cooper's nonprofit, Lilydale Outreach Workers for a Better Community, helps teens find jobs on Chicago's South Side, according to Donovan Price, another community activist who runs the youth program for Pray Chicago, a faith-based community organization, who said Cooper was shot not far from his nonprofit’s headquarters.

Trump should call in his buddies at the NRA , issue everyone with free AR15's. That would instantly solve the problem.

Chicago ordinances. Only criminals are allowed to carry guns.
Cops are allowed to carry guns too but they have to be careful because if they use them to protect themselves against people trying to kill them then they will certainly go to prison.
In contrast I heard a sheriff in texas answer a question from a reporter as to whether there had been any looting in his county. He said "no, not yet anyway, but we support the 2nd Amendment here so no looter had better plan on coming here unless he wants to leave in a body bag." Okay fine. I noticed that the reporter did not need to ask any follow up questions to see what he meant. Who says men don't know how to communicate.
