Illinois has a unique problem. If you use a handgun in the street to save your life, you are going to prison, and Illinois prisons are notorious.

Who wants to go to the Thunderdome?

These kids also know that they can get away with a lot of things as juvies.

So what Illinois needs is concealed carry, and the ability to try as an adult for particular kinds of crimes.

Whoa, I did not say you need a friggin .50 cal.

I said concealed carry, a .28 will do most people just fine.
