Yes, except that rich liberals generally cordon the dangerous areas off from where they live. That seems to be breaking down in chicago now. I guess they'll all have to move to Lake Forest.

Chicago didn't even make the list. My old stomping grounds of Gary, IN., used to lead the pack year after year, but when the population fell below 100K they are no longer counted. That's how you reduce crime stat's. Just kill everyone off.:eek:
