Unfortunately, that's not what America is looking for.

First of all, I’m a DINO Democrat. Neither party fits my ideology which is based in societal utilitarianism. The closest example of a government aligned with my ideology would be Singapore. Second of all, I think our democracy is fake as hell and find how the Democratic Party fixed the primary very un-democratic. I find the argument that we can’t elect Trump, because he will end democracy to be very weak. Thirdly, I’m not powerful enough to get on TV to express my views. Fourth, you didn’t answer my question.

As these things go... as much as we would all love to believe everything is fair in our beloved country here.. it's not. That was a BS trial. There are literally 100's of legal scholars that HATE Trump, that say the same thing. Way smarter than you or I. And lets be honest, had Trump retired into obscurity... can you HONESTLY say this trial would have ever existed? If you don't think this was a political assault... you're friggin blind.
So yes it's a great sound-bite... and by all means use it at picnics when the family red-hat gets drunk and stupid.... but not here. It's nauseating. It really is. It was a BS trial. It will be appealed, and Trump will not be a 34 count felon.

Now the states have finally figured out a way to catch the idiot criminal who believes he and his business organization are above the law ad nauseam...the Supreme Court has punted the remaining criminal cases down to the lower courts to determine which "Unofficial Acts" he can be prosecuted for and which "Official Acts" he can not be prosecuted...
Republican lawyers from Trump's inner circle are taking plea deals to testify against their former boss along with other Republicans and Democrats in the remainder criminal cases when they'll eventually come to trial...
Sorry, no political witch hunt because this is not Salem, Massachusetts with prosecutors, jurors, and judges having some sort'uv supernatural powers or magic to convict a Trump.
The reality, although delayed, Trump will become again a convicted felon mainly because Republican lawyers from Trump's inner circle have taken plea deals to testify against their former boss along with other Republican election officials in one criminal case and former employees in another criminal case.
Fortunately for me, I've had a few anthropology classes in college to know not to believe in cults and supernatural powers. A witchhunt of Donald Trump...sorry...this is not the 1600s and I'm not a believer in witchcraft.

This is a problem at this forum...there are a lot of people here who think others they debate with are either Democrats or Republicans by today's ideology of one in the United States. Simply, Democracy is not exclusive to the United States.
With that said, the argument about many not wanting to elect Trump as the next U.S. President because he will end Democracy is not the only reason. It's much deeper than that.
Trump has discussed altering the U.S. Constitution to benefit him and his cult, Trump has discussed weakening NATO while other countries are under threat of war or at war, and welcoming dictators from other countries that murder their political rivals to solidify their power on top of domestic reasons...
Trump is attacking women's rights...wanting them to stay home and make babies, he talks about wanting to use the U.S. military against his political rivals, wanting to alter the education system to embed it with religion even if it's not your religion under the facade it's the religion of the U.S. Constitution along with the fact that Trump has been convicted in civil & criminal courts after a history of dodging the law since the 1970s mainly because he had the best lawyers.
The sad issue, America has become so weak that these types of political candidates are now acceptable under the illusion the above will make America great again.
P.S. I will be shocked if Trump chooses a woman running mate as his V.P. considering a cult-like part of his base strongly believes women should stay home, make babies, and raise children that will do the same.
I can only imagine such if Trump's running mate is a family member or someone married into his family he has absolute loyalty from the person because he's too self-serving in a negative way to trust any other Republican as himself is a political party flip-flopper that undermines America.
