It is also covered in detail in the Trading Rules and Regulations manual which is required reading to pass the Eurex exam. If you need more details on where that is, I can provide those as well (it is such boring reading that it will knock you out - that's why I don't recommend it even as sh*tter reading material :D )
 
thx futures, appreciate the info, i guess i probably searched for "block trades" rather than "crossed" so these details did not come up.
