But I've seen the markets rally off of bad news in the past. And thankfully I got most of my assets in crypto, so it is well diversified.

Well, that is a crypto thing I do not understand, and you posted your thingy in the trading forum, not the crypto assets forum. You want to talk about the upcoming ETH merge, or fork or what have you, do it in the Crypto Asset forum. But do NOT tell me that all of your assets being in Crypto is "diversified".
