This is oficial response to my question regarding VIX futures prices from CBOE:

"Due to internal testing on Friday 7/4/2014, traffic was generated utilizing production channels to verify the integrity of our production system. We periodically run traffic on weekend and Holidays (non-trading day) to validate internal testing. If you have any questions please call CBOE Operations Center at 312-786-7642."

I don't believe any one should receive liquidation notice because the latest settlement was on Jul 3 with the correct prices.
