Should be fun! A recap of where we are now:
The question going in was did the left learn anything, anything at all from their stunning defeat in 2016?
The question going in was did the left learn anything, anything at all from their stunning defeat in 2016? Let's tune in as the debate begins. Se habla espanol. Okay, that's enough, they've learned nothing. Carry on.
These debates are interesting in that it is more drawn between moderate and extreme left wings of the Democratic Party. I think what people outside of democrat politics don’t realize is 1. Black women choose the nominee and 2. Black voters in general are historically the most moderate voting block.
My analysis from the last debate was, while Harris got an initial bump from her rhetoric and performance, once what she actually said was digested as policy positions she lost all of her gains.
Harris is trying to stake out the middle ground between Biden and Warren but that phony bologna kind of equivocation turns voters off. Besides that, what the majority of democrats want is the middle ground between Trump and Bernie Sanders.
Her Medicare for all in a future far, far away isn’t helping either.
Yes,see 2018.
You can expect Booker to be the dildo of the week by trying to be special/sparticus at the debate. This is his last gasp/ he is below but on the cusp of qualifying for the third debate. So he has everything to gain by mouthing off. Most of the rest are either solidly in or not going to be in for the third debate regardless of how well they do or do not do.
As discussed, Harris got her win at the last debate upon a pre-prepared, pre-packaged hit. I dont fault her for that. Her campaign set her up for the hit and she executed it. Kudos to her campaign staff. But she is stupid and so she has a hard time getting traction out on the trail where everything is more spontaneous. Being stupid will continue to plague her.

I could go on, but what's the point? Blacks routinely elect the worst dumbest most corrupt extremists to congress. But they're the moderates?
