Why is the administration trying to constantly delay this appeals process??? Because they don't want to get the bad news from the high court until after the 2012 election. Their tactic won't work however. In the last few days we've seen Obama in panic mode over his 'unconstitutional' health care bill. He knows that he's toast over this bill. That's what you get when you play dictator, and go against the will of the American people.
