Judge Napolitano on Manafort Indictment: ‘This is the First of Many Dominoes to Fall’

Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox News Monday morning to react to the indictment of Paul Manafort, President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager.

Manafort turned himself in to the FBI on Monday, after he was indicted on 12 counts by federal authorities, including money laundering and failing to register as an agent of a foreign country.

When asked what the indictment meant for special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Trump’s campaign ties to Russia, Napolitano replied: “That this is the first of many dominoes to fall.”

“Bob Mueller is following the standard M.O. of federal prosecutors,” the judicial analyst continued. “You’ve got a totem pole, you’ve got somebody at the top of the totem pole, that’s your big prize: no surprise, it’s the president of the United States.”

“You’re going to indict people going up the totem pole to see if you can squeeze them. Threaten their ruination, by loss of liberty or loss of property to get them to turn evidence against the top guy.”

Napolitano concluded that “this is the first in many steps in Bob Mueller’s putting together an enormous puzzle.”

I assume that supervisor has already been interviewed and is either turned or is looking for ways to leave the country.

Most of us want the swamp cleaned... the entire swamp... from the deep state to the dnc to the republicans to Trump and his team. If they are guilty they should be punished.

If Trump or people on his team are criminals... they should be fairly punished.
I have said that many times. I hope they get them all and soon.


My arguments are about slanting facts.
Properly respecting the constitution
and privacy rights.
Also we need to make sure we investigate the clinton and dnc crime families.

And to tell you how much respect have for Napolitianos reporting.... on law enforcement matters...
If he said more dominoes will fall I think there is a good chance they will.

I would like to know however if his prediction is based on his experience or if it is informed by his sources at the justice dept. of course he would probably not say that because that might be evidence of a criminal leak.
