Judge in George Zimmerman case offers to recuse herself

Why is it that you keep talking to an imbecile?
It's good you admit you're an imbecile, it's the first step
Haven't I poked you enough?
With that very angry two inched poker of yours? LOL

Apparently you werent listening to the news buddy, type in george zimmerman 250 pounds and watch how many hits you get on google to sites like huffington post who were all making the claim that he outweighed trayvon by 100 pounds....

Here is just one example....

George Zimmerman's Lawyer Prepares His Twinkie Defense Strategy "The Monty Python Defense"

George Zimmerman is a very vulnerable individual weighing only 250 pounds. Fragile and delicate like a petite, gamine ballet dancer. His assailant Trayvon Martin was over 100 pounds lighter –

Funny that you should post this.

"A Sanford police incident report says Trayvon was 6 feet tall and weighed 160 pounds. A spokesman for the family’s lawyers gave a slightly different set of numbers: 6 feet 1 and 150 pounds. Zimmerman is 5 feet 9 inches tall, according to the police report, but it is silent about his weight. A family member says he currently weighs about 190 pounds. Zimmerman used to be far heavier."

The only lie here is that Trayvon was 6 feet and 3 inches.

Quote from Lucrum:

"A flight risk is the term used by the court in referring to someone who has been charged with a crime and is likely to flee the state, or country to avoid the criminal proceedings which he is required to attend. ... "
"And perceived flight risk is understood from what?" I was being rhetorical. Flight risk is gauged on prosecution's case. As I said before, if the bail is denied, prosecution has a case worthy of conviction. Then why deny bail? As this would encourage the defendant to flee.

It really does take a special kind of nut job to call someone else a cry baby 2 hours after he got done tattling to the moderators, and threatening to call police and get a restraining order cause they felt threatened by a Barney Fife video that an anonymous person posted on the internet.....

Flight risk and the strength of the prosecutors case are two different things.

How many times must I clarify myself.. sheesh. I felt threatened by Trader666's intention behind that video as he provided no other remarks except to quote me referring to conservatives as morons and subsequently posted a video toward me informing that guns 'can' accidentally go off. A possible threat made to ones life and a change of quotation are two different subject matters.

Calling Lucrum 'cry baby' is entirely another matter. He went crying to a moderator when I quoted him wrong.

The main reasons for refusing bail are that the defendant is accused of an imprisonable offence and there are substantial grounds for believing that the defendant would:

Abscond
Commit further offences while on bail
Interfere with witnesses

That's funny, I have a PM from Joe asking me about a post I made to you earlier today. I wonder how he just happened to notice that one insult out of dozens and dozens per day.

And you didn't "quote me wrong" dumb ass. You altered the content of my post.

A recently forbidden activity.
