This will be a heavy lift all the way through for the us attornies and the fbi. The circumstances and roadblocks around getting into an attorney’s record and communications is purposefully difficult, by law.

I’m not surprised at all this motion was granted. I’d expect more of the same. I also would not expect the US attorneys to lose too much either. They had to have a high degree of certainty to pursue this.

Sure. just like getting a FISA warrant. Almost impossible to get unless you have solid, confirmed evidence.

And if you dont have any- not to worry. The FBI will sign off anyway if its what the Clinton Campaign needs to see.
 
So far this was a "procedural" motion and it seems to me the correct decision was made.

Not sure how the rule of law has been impacted by Trump by allowing him to make arguments in a case concerning a breach of the attorney client privilege when he is one of the clients.

I would expect other clients may have similar concerns and I hope they would be allowed to join in any hearings regarding their documents and communications as well.

Are you inferring a FISA warrant was improperly obtained? If so, do you have any court rulings to back it up or are you just going off what the slobs on Fox News say?
