Judge dismisses Disney lawsuit against Gov. DeSantis !!!

Let's just outline the reality in this judge's decision before anyone gets to happy with a governor persecuting a private business to drive his political narrative.

To start with -- U.S. District Judge Allen Winsor is a conservative ideologue who was appointed by Donald Trump.

Let's see what leading U.S. legal organizations wrote about Judge Winsor when opposing his appointment -

"Mr. Winsor is a young, conservative ideologue who has attempted to restrict voting rights, LGBT equality, reproductive freedom, environmental protection, criminal defendants’ rights, and gun safety. He does not possess the neutrality and fair-mindedness necessary to serve in a lifetime position as a federal judge."

Disney expected this result in this court and will be appealing the case to the next higher appeals court -- which is expected to provide a more reasonable ruling.

The case was dismissed today “without prejudice,” Disney can re-file or appeal.

As Disney stated today -

“This is an important case with serious implications for the rule of law, and it will not end here,” a spokesperson for the company told Deadline this morning. “If left unchallenged, this would set a dangerous precedent and give license to states to weaponize their official powers to punish the expression of political viewpoints they disagree with. We are determined to press forward with our case.”

LOL. His political career is over when his governor term ends in Florida. DeSantis is a running joke now. He is a "dead man walking" and can forget about the MAGA crowd supporting him in any future race. Maybe if he could actually relate to people he could get a cable network job -- but even this is unlikely.

DeSantis lost all of his other lawsuits against Disney and nearly all the other lawsuits related to Lil' Ron trying to drive his political narrative for his colossal failure of a presidential campaign (probably ranked in the top 3 of the worse in history).

As noted earlier -- this lawsuit decided by a judge appointed by Trump will easily be turned over on appeal.

In the meantime Lil' Ron will continue to waste endless Florida taxpayer dollars in lawsutis attacking Disney, the media and others. SAD.
