I can't do it, you would be a great addition to the VanKar client list and by no means do I want to steer you away, yet you have to realize or create a risk reward on how important it is for you to have a firm back up plan. Take note: All it takes is one time and you could back to step one or step -10 because of a crash. It is the service that will assist you with that and always remember you get what you pay for. I am not trying to bash IB because we all know that they are generating some really solid biz. But at the end of the day thier primary focus is Prop trading and all the retail is just gravy for them. You really annoying these days with you add. STOP that! You bash IB and also CLAIM that you have good fee. But U can't even give the same price that IB does. You are not even close.

Also you try to fear people with you crash system story. We are all enough intelligent to know that by yourself.

When system crash and you have for ex: 400 clients. Your can answer 400 phones call at times and at the sames executes all theses orders by hands. Common we are not dumb.

I am not trying to throw fear into anyone, just speaking from past encounters. I wonder what your trading is like pssst you are very emotional. Sorry guys, but thier are people out thier that can relate to the previous reply and I will be sure to reply privately next time so I don't Pssst you off.

Look for DOME with patsystems that is the best system i've never seen for future trading.
U can have this at lower cost than IB cost if u trade a good monthly volume.... elocaltrading and gni really rock.
That really give an edge for quick trader.

I have no problems with your post. In fact, I appreciate any public guidance on what kinds of deals futures brokers are giving to "somewhat active" traders like myself. I thank you for doing that publicly.

When you come on this board and tell me you can't beat IB's rate for a trader with my activity/account size levels - well, that is very good information to traders like myself. I also respect your opinion for why it is worthwhile to consider paying a little bit more for the extra service your firms offers. In my case I have not had many bad experiences with IB...knock on wood.

Please continue to post publicly and don't use the private message function if at all possible. The information that comes out is valuable to all active traders trying to find the best deals that they can get.

Along those lines, I would ask you what rate you could give me now that you know my activity and account size. And if it makes a difference in rates....I could put up significantly more then $20,000. I just have found that I don't need more then that at IB since I daytrade in 5 lot increments.

No. I usually do 4 to 6 RT trades each day. 5 contracts is my size. That means I am usually doing 20 to 30 RT contracts's each day. Sometimes I get as high as 50 sometimes as few as 10.
